These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 years or over only, except:

• A valid purchase receipt may be requested at any point during or after the promotion as proof of purchase.

• The Promotional Period will open at 00:01 1^st March 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 31^st July 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• Any customer who purchases a promotional pack of Carex during the Promotional Period is eligible to claim one £70 discount per person (verified by a single email address and/or mobile number) throughout the Promotional Period. Each discount code is for single use only. Participants must retain their purchase receipt, which may be requested at any point during or after the promotion as proof of purchase.
• To enter the prize draw, purchase a promotional pack of Carex and scan the QR code on-pack to be taken to promotional microsite www.jet2.cussonscarex.com. The entrant must complete the entry form with full name, email and enter the eight digit code from the back of the qualifying Carex pack as proof of purchase to enter prize draw to win one of five 5-star all-inclusive holidays. 
• One holiday to be won per calendar month the promotion is live. Once prize draw is entered entrants will receive a unique discount code on-screen, followed up by an email to the email address provided and will be invited to claim £70 off a Jet2holidays booking. Only one £70 code per person (max one per email address). Participants may enter the prize draw as many times as they wish but can only win once.
• Entrants are advised to take care when submitting an entry; the Promoter is not responsible for any mistakes which might be caused by incorrect entry details.
• Purchase of a qualifying Carex product, from a participating retailer is necessary to enter the promotion (subject to availability and whilst stocks last). Qualifying products include:

• No limit on prize draw entries provided each entry uses a new code from BOP; max one prize per person. One holiday to be won per calendar month the promotion is live. 
• Entries will be rolled over into the month if not drawn as the winner. 
• Only one £70 promotional claim code per person per email address.
• The eight-digit code from the back of pack (e.g. “07651931”) must be added at the time of booking.  Offer only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01 1 March 2026 and 23:59 31^st October 2026.See Section 6 for travel periods and restrictions. 
• The discount is valid on all holidays with departure between 1st March 2026 and 31 October 2027. The £70 per booking discount is applied to the full balance of the holiday, not the deposit amount payable.  
• Applicable to new bookings only. Only one discount per booking (per email address).  Discount code can only be used once. Minimum 2 Adults. Customer must be aged 18 years or over to place a booking.  
• Offer only available when booked online at www.jet2holidays.com, through the Jet2holidays app, through the Jet2holidays contact centre and through your travel agent.  Where applicable, the discount can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion). For clarity, other than this, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, including Free Child Places. Offer excludes group bookings, which Jet2holidays defines as ten or more people travelling together on the same booking reference. 
• If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the discount will no longer apply and the full balance shall be payable. Prices shown on our websites and in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed. 
• Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or remove this promotion at any time prior to customer booking.  All other terms and conditions as per the Jet2holidays website apply (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions). To be used in conjunction with auto-applied discounts only. Discount will be taken off the holiday balance and cannot be used on deposit payment.
• Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or invalid entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using multiple email addresses or a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
• Internet access required.
• Redeeming the £70 discount is not required for, and does not affect, entry into or eligibility for the prize draw.

• All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. Five winners (1 winner per calendar month of the promotion) will be drawn using a randomised computer process via number generator within 7 days of the last date of each month within the promotional period:

• Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the promotion within – 7 working days of the Draw Date, at which point they will be asked to provide proof of photographic ID clearly showing date of birth (passport or driving licence). Country of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. Two attempts will be made to contact winners via email. 
• Winners have 7 days from initial notification to confirm acceptance of their Prize, by replying to their notification via email. Otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date using the same methodology as listed. 
• Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including any spam or junk folders during this time in case they are drawn as a winner.
• The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize, rejects the prize or are ineligible and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for a period of 3 months following the Closing Date until an eligible winner is able to claim remaining prizes. Following this 3-month period, the prizes will become null and void.

• Winners will be contacted by PZ Cussons within 7 days of being selected as a winner and the completion of the verification process. 
• If any prizes are unable to be organised due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or their guests nor accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. • By entering the promotion, entrants agree that any personal information provided as part of their entry may be held and used by the Promoter, the Prize Administrators, or their agents and suppliers solely for the purposes of administering this promotion. This personal data will be used and held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.  Personal data will be processed under the lawful basis of legitimate interest (for prize administration) and consent (for marketing communications, where applicable).
• When entering the promotion, entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing communications from Jet2holidays. If an entrant chooses to opt in, their personal details will be shared with and retained by Jet2holidays for marketing purposes, including information about deals, offers and promotional codes.
• Entrants who opt in to receive marketing from Jet2holidays may unsubscribe at any time using the links or opt-out mechanisms included in those communications. Opting out will not affect your participation in the promotion.
• Any data retained and used by Jet2holidays following an entrant’s opt-in will be processed in accordance with Jet2holidays’ Privacy Policy see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy and http://www.jet2.com/privacy), and Jet2holidays alone is responsible for this data. The Promoter and its agents are not responsible for any data retained by Jet2holidays for marketing purposes.
• The Promoter (acting directly or through its agents) will make available the winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request this information within 3 months of the promotion closing. Entrants may object to, or request limitation of, this disclosure by emailing [email protected]. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request. A copy of the winners’ list may be requested by emailing [email protected]; the Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests where permitted.
• Winners and their guests may be asked, but are not obliged, to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the promotion. The Promoter or the Prize Administrators may request permission to use the winners’ names and images for such purposes.
• The Promoter will ensure that all personal data held by PZ Cussons or its appointed agents for the administration of this promotion is kept secure and processed in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
• All entrant data held by PZ Cussons that is not required for prize fulfilment will be deleted by 31/10/26. Any winner data held by PZ Cussons will be deleted after completion of their trip. This deletion schedule applies only to data controlled by PZ Cussons. Jet2holidays will retain and process any marketing opt-in data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and internal retention policies.
• Entrants may request access to their personal data or ask for inaccuracies to be corrected by contacting [email protected]. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to the use of their personal data as described in this section.
• GENERAL
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport or driving licence). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant if the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify, suspend or cancel the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of their prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
  • The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
  • The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
  • The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts unless you live in Scotland in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
